Why friendship dues work

Here's the honest math. Friendship dues from 500 to 1,500 patients are enough for my wife Megan and me to live a modest, comfortable life, take our kids to the national parks now and then, and give every patient the quality of care people with hearing loss deserve. That's the whole business plan. It doesn't need me to sell you anything.
