Our philosophy
Hearing loss is a lifetime diagnosis. Care for it should be built to last, and paid for honestly.
Paid for care, not for sales
In most hearing clinics, the money is in the hearing aids, so every visit leans toward a sale. Here, your $33-a-month friendship dues pay for my time. Hearing aids are sold at invoice plus a $250 fitting fee when you're ready for them. I have no reason to push, so I don't.
Every price, published
You'll find all our prices on this website, not saved for the end of an appointment. You should know what you're in for before you walk in.
Plain words
If something isn't covered, we'll tell you before you ask. If an upgrade isn't worth it, we'll say "not yet." Financing comes with its real rate and real term.
One provider, for years
You'll see the same person every time: me. I know your hearing history, your devices, and what matters to you. That's the relationship friendship dues are named for.
Family is welcome
Hearing loss affects everyone at the table. Bring a spouse, son, or daughter to your appointment. A second set of ears helps with the decision.
