Your first visit
No surprises. Here's exactly what happens, start to finish.
Check in
You'll answer a few questions on a tablet in our lobby: your health history and what you've noticed about your hearing. Large text, and help is right there if you want it.
A conversation
We'll talk about where hearing is hardest for you: restaurants, church, the phone, the grandkids. This shapes everything that follows.
Your hearing test
A comfortable test in a quiet booth. Afterward we walk you through your results on screen, in plain language.
Your options, prices first
If hearing aids would help, we'll walk through your options using the same published prices you can read on this site, and explain how friendship dues work.
No pressure
You can decide that day, take it home to think, or talk it over with family. All three are fine.
What to bring
- A list of your medications
- Any hearing aids you own now, even old ones in a drawer
- A family member, if you'd like a second set of ears
