Nobody should be pushed into new hearing aids. Here's how upgrades work, and why we have no reason to rush you.

Care, not sales
Your friendship dues cover keeping you and your hearing aids in good shape. Each year we check your hearing and make sure your devices are keeping up with you. We won't bring up an upgrade.
- Around year four
An honest evaluation
Warranties typically end and technology has moved on. We'll compare your hearing aids to what's available, side by side, and tell you plainly whether an upgrade is worth it for you. Sometimes the answer is "not yet."
- Whenever you decide
Invoice price + $250
You pay exactly what the manufacturer charges me, plus a $250 fitting fee for my time. Your dues stay at $33 a month. That holds for your second pair, your third, and every one after.
